Voters in Lansing passed a $120 million bond Tuesday night.

That money will go towards building renovations and technology upgrades at dozens of schools. It will also fund the Pathway Promise which will overhaul how the schools are structured.

Superintent Yvvonne Caamal Canul says starting Wednesday morning she'll be planning out the construction schedule to move Eastern High School to the current Pattengill Middle School building.

"This is just unbelievable and it's just a testament to the wonderful support we get from our community," Caamal Canul said. "The idea that we're going to have open choice through out the district so no matter where you live you can choose your pathway, it's just going to be such a wonderful revitalization for our district. I'm really looking forward to at least getting this going for our community."
