Police investigating overnight tire theft at car dealership

CLINTON COUNTY, Mich. (WSM) -- The Clinton County Sheriff's Office is investigating a massive tire theft at a local car dealership.

The owners of Pauli Ford Dealership in St. Johns called police early Saturday morning, saying they had been hit by thieves.

Police say someone took approximately $30,000 dollars worth of tires and rims of vehicles at the dealership.

The Clinton County Sheriff's Office isn't sure what time the theft occurred but did say it happened sometime overnight Saturday.

Investigators are now looking at security footage at the dealership.
