We have new information about the drunk driving crash in Jackson County that seriously injured a pregnant woman and her two-year-old daughter.
The man police say caused the crash has formally been charged. 26-year-old Aureliano Martinez-Antonio was arraigned on drunk driving charges Thursday.
Police say he lost control of his car and hit the woman's car head-on on US-127 near White Road around 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Martinez-Antonio faces up to five years in prison.
