$1,000 reward for information regarding break-in, vandalism

Police are looking for three suspects who broke into a building in Jackson and vandalized the property; and offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrests of the suspects.

At 2:30 am July 17, three white, male subjects entered the Hayes Building at 228 W. Michigan Ave, according to a press release from the Jackson Police Department. The suspects range in age from 17-25 years old.

The suspects broke into the vacant building, broke out windows and spray painted inside the building, as well as outside. The suspects were also involved in a larceny of miscellaneous equipment stored in the building. The damage is estimated at $5,000, the release states.
