Teenagers are wanted in Jackson County.
That is to sign up to be a part of the Teen Citizen Police Academy.
Applications are now being accepted.
Any Jackson resident between 13 and 16-years-old can apply.
Teens will learn first hand knowledge of the daily operations and processes of the police department and Jackson County Sheriff Office.
The academy offers eight sessions, in the evening starting July 10.
Topics will include Police K-9, Milo Firearms Simulations, Narcotics Investigations, Evidence Collection, Crime Scene and Traffic Investigations, and Use Of Force Applications.
