EAST LANSING, Mich. — Michigan State University Police have sent the results of their investigation into a fatal accident on campus to the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office.
The results of the investigation are not being revealed to the media, while the prosecutor's office reviews the report.
On January 15, 21-year-old Tiana Seville was killed when the moped she was driving collided with a salt truck at the intersection of Chestnut Road an Shaw Lane on campus.
No time frame has been given on a decision on whether charges will be brought.
