A new approach to dealing with Mid-Michigan's drug problem takes effect tomorrow.
That's when the state police Lansing post starts the Angel Program.
Basically an addict can come to the post for help without having to worry about being arrested.
An Angel volunteer will then help them get to a treatment facility.
