A man driving on I-696 in Oak Park Wednesday says a piece of concrete fell from the overpass and went through his windshield.
Kevin Tozer, the man driving the vehicle was not injured.
The piece of concrete missed his head by a few inches.
Broken glass was scattered on the inside of the car.
No one else was in the car at the time.
