The official trailer for the film based on the true story of "White Boy Rick" Wershe has been released.
Wershe was a teen-turned undercover informant for police in the 1980s. He spent nearly 30 years in prison as Michigan's longest-serving non-violent criminal.
Warshe was granted parole in 2017.
The film stars Matthew McConaughey as Wershe's father.
