The former R Club restaurant located at 6409 Centurion Dr. in Lansing will be reconstructed this summer into a medical retail space.
CBRE | Martin sold the building to Rule Eye Care Clinic on June 22, 2016.
The 4880 square foot building will undergo reconstruction, including a building expansion with an estimated completion by late fall 2016.
“We looked to build on the west side of town but we couldn’t find land in the location we wanted. When we found the R Club, we felt the location was perfect for us,” said Dr. Rule in a press release.
“Our goal is to become a full-service eye care facility that will include primary care, and retina and cataract specialty services. We are excited to be able to offer surgery right on site,” he said.
