Bullying Awareness Interactive Workshop

  • To raise awareness about bullying and to empower children to defend themselves and any other victims of bullying.

LANSING, MI – October is National Bullying Prevention Month. Concluding the month, Impression 5 has extended invitations to both the Boys & Girls Club, and the Big Brothers, Big Sisters organizations of Lansing, offering them free admission to a special event hosted by Impression 5 and sponsored by the Wharton Center on Nov. 2, 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

The event features 3 interactive bullying awareness workshops with the Impression 5 educational staff, followed by a unique presentation by the director and star performer of the “Shape of A Girl” Wharton Center performance, debuting on Nov. 15.

Also included in this experience is free admission to the Science Center for the day, and yummy fall snacks including donuts and apple cider. Boys and girls, ages 9-12, have been encourage to make their reservation with an adult chaperone by calling Impression 5 at: (517) 485-8116 ext. 132.
