New Lower Airfares Between Lansing and Chicago Announced
LANSING — Capital Region International Airport today announced new, lower fares for travel between Lansing and Chicago O’Hare International Airport. The fares, offered by United Airlines, will save money for travelers between Michigan’s capital and the Windy City.
For passengers booking by Feb. 23 for travel through Dec. 31, 2014, ticket prices between the two cities will start at $119 each way, with round-trip purchase and minimum stay required, a reduction from $139. Other money-saving adjustments to the fare schedule include:
- Fourteen-day advance purchase fares starting at $199 each way, round-trip purchase and minimum stay required.
- Seven-day advance purchase fares starting at $249 each way, round-trip purchase and minimum stay required.
- Same-day purchase rates starting at $399 each way.
