Forever Fashion Forward
Forever 21 has become one of my favorite stores because of their amazing selection. Unlike other stores who are consistently discounting their entire store, Forever 21 always has low prices. They carry very fashion-forward pieces and matching accessories. They recently added a perfume and cosmetic line to their growing inventory. I always find adorable cocktail dresses, such as this brilliant blue, cap-sleeve dress for $11.50!
