While Lent is a time of reflection and sacrifice, including no meat on Fridays, it gives us the opportunity to enjoy the season of the Fish Fry. That's why we at FOX 47's The Capsule want to share the best spots to catch a Fish Fry in our weekly Fish Fry-Days guide.

St. Casimir Church Annual Men's Club Fish Fry

Where: 815 Sparrow Avenue, Lansing, MI
Details: "Please join us on Fridays during Lent, Feb. 15th through March 29th (Good Friday) for our annual Fish Fry. The Men's Club serves an "All You Can Eat" fried perch, baked cod, smelt, fries, coleslaw, roll and beverage at lunch (Noon-1:00 p.m.) and dinner (5:00-7:00 p.m.). Prices: Adults $10, Seniors $9, Takeout $10, Children 6 to 11 $6, 5 and under are FREE. Come see us Fridays during Lent for the best fish dinner in town"

St. Mary Star of the Sea's Fish Fry

Where: 120 East Wesley Street, Jackson, MI
Details: The famous St. Mary Fish Fry begins this Friday, February 15th and continues every Friday during Lent from 4:00-7:00PM. Adults are $10.00, Children are $5.00. Take-outs are available. Enjoy hand-battered, fried cod and baked cod, redskins or french fries, mixed vegetables, mac-n-cheese, coleslaw, homemade desserts, and drinks.

Blue Gill Grill

Where: 1591 Lake Lansing Road, Haslett, MI
Details: Located near Lake Lansing, the Blue Gill Grill offers an array of fish and seafood options to strike your fancy. Starting Ash Wednesday, you can order their all-you-can-eat beer battered cod through Lent.

Courthouse Pub & Grill

Where:  160 West Maple St., Mason, MI
Details:  Enjoy Courthouse Pub & Grill's Fish & Chips on Fridays.  Cod dinner with choice of fries (seasoned, wafffle or sweet potato fries), served with cole slaw and fresh lemon.  Courthouse Pub & Grill is truly a hometown establishment, great food, award winning service, cozy atmosphere and, of course, ice cold beer are what you'll find there every day.

Fresh Fish & Fry

Where: 3140 S. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Lansing, MI
Details: An array of seafood options when you can't eat meat. Fillet fish dinners include coleslaw, fries, and bread.

The Lansing Fish Market

Where: 815 Edgewood Blvd, Lansing, MI
Details: Open seven days a week - Monday-Thursday 10AM-11PM, Friday-Saturday 10AM-12AM, Sunday 11AM-10PM. You can take your fresh fish home to cook yourself or have them fry it up for an extra fee. 

Claddagh Irish Pub

Where: Eastwood Towne Center, 2900 Towne Center Blvd, Lansing, MI
Details: Enjoy Claddagh's famous Fish and Chips and all of the other Irish offerings at this pub. They also offer a new Seafood Favorites menu right now for a limited time. As we get closer to St. Patrick's Day, you'll be able to get in the Irish spirit at Claddagh.

Mitchell's Fish Market

Where: Eastwood Towne Center, 2975 Preyde Blvd, Lansing Charter Twp, MI
Details: Mitchell's offers 80 seafood choices in an ever-changing menu that is printed twice daily. Enjoy fresh fish on Fridays at Mitchell's. We'd recommend making reservations as Eastwood Towne Center is busy on the weekends. 

The Watershed Tavern & Grill

Where: 5965 Marsh Road, Haslett, MI (corner of Lake Lansing and Marsh Roads)
Details: The Watershed offers an All You Can Eat Fish Fry served with one side of either french fries or our homemade shed chips (potato chips).

Leo's Restaurants

Where: Leo's Outpost and Leo's Lodge in Lansing, Leo's Spirits & Grub in Okemos
Details: Check out Leo's fish and chips specials as well as their drink specials.

Grumpy's Diner

Where: 5600 S Pennsylvania Avenue, Lansing, MI
Details: All you can eat Alaskan Pollock served with hand cut fries, homemade cole slaw and tartar sauce for $9.99 every Friday from 11AM-6PM. Other fish specials are also offered on Fridays. 

American Crepes

Where: Trowbridge Plaza, 985 Trowbridge Road, East Lansing, MI
Details: Try out their savory fish crepe featuring salmon on Fridays, plus several veggie options including 3-cheese, spinach feta tomato and mushroom, and dill cream cheese with capers.

Depot Diner

Where: 107 Covert Street, Leslie, MI
Details: Fresh cod, choice of potato, salad bar, and homemade desserts.

Cristo Rey Church Fish Fry

Where: 201 West Miller Road, Lansing, MI
Details: All You Can Eat Fish Fry including live entertainment, $10 for adults, $8 children, kids 4 and under are free. 5-7:00PM.

Fraternal Order of Eagles Fish Fry

Where: 4700 N. Grand River Avenue, Lansing, MI
Details: $8.00 for three piece meal, $9 for all you can eat. $8.00 for 20 piece shrimp. Includes two sides and a roll.

St. Mary's Williamston Knights of Columbus Fish Fry

Where: 157 High Street, Williamston, MI 
Details: The Williamston Knights of Columbus #7545 famous fish fry is every Friday through March 22. Menu includes baked and deep fried cod, baked and french fried potatoes, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, dinner rolls and home baked cake. Served from 5-7 pm at St. Mary's School Activity Hall, 157 High Street. Take out orders are available. Cost: adults are $9.50, seniors (62+) are $9, children ages 5 and above are $5.

Brookshire Inn Fish Fry

Where: 205 W. Church Street, Williamston, MI
Details: Fish Fry on Fridays at the Brookshire for only $10.99. All you can eat Icelandic cod, choice of beer-battered deep-fried or broiled with lemon pepper seasoning, fries and slaw.

Bucket Fish Fry

Where: 132 W. Grand River Avenue, Williamston, MI
Details: All you can eat fish fry, French fries, coleslaw, for only $9.99. 

Gracie's Place

Where: 151 S. Putnam, Williamston, MI 
Details: Gracie's Place is offering a fish fry from 5-9 pm every Friday through Lent, cost is $11.95 and $2 from every fish fry dinner will go to a local charity. 

Onondaga Tavern

Where: 5576 Oak Street, Onondaga, MI
Details: All you can eat perch fish fry with french fries and homemade slaw every Friday night, $8.99.
