Come out and enjoy the fun side of Greater Lansing! Be ready to expect the unexpected with Lansing's First Fridays!

On the first Friday of every month, Greater Lansing rolls out the fun carpet--big time!

Lansing's First Fridays kicks off its summer edition this Friday, June 7th! There are some special deals and events that you won't want to miss.

Be downtown Lansing on Friday where you can find restaurants and bars with unique specials, shops and galleries open for extended hours, and events for the whole family to enjoy!

System-wide CATA bus service offers FREE transportation on all buses, beginning at 7 p.m. until the end of regular service on Fridays. This also includes fixed-route buses and Spec-Tran. The Entertainment Express trolley service runs every thirty minutes between downtown Lansing, East Lansing and dozens of other places along the way. The trolleys will run from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

Want to catch the Lansing Lugnuts in action? Take advantage of the exclusive First Friday BOGO special. Buy one, get one tickets for the June and July First Friday home games must be purchased at the ticket window and accompanied with the mention of 'First Friday.' Limit two free tickets per person.

This week only, Great Lakes Artworks is featuring Charlie Richardson! From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Charlie will be unveiling some new songs, as well as playing his all-time favorites! This is a FREE event, open to the public, and refreshments will be served. Join Great Lakes Artworks every First Friday for live music from a variety of local Michigan artists!
