Update: Recent Okemos H.S. Grad Arraigned in MSU Student Stabbing
Okemos teen Connor McCowan was arraigned in court today in the stabbing death of 23-year-old Michigan State senior Andrew Singler.
Singler's family members said today that Singler knew the suspect. The preliminary exam will be March 7.

Sources tell us that the suspect in the fatal stabbing of an Michigan State University student is a recent graduate of Okemos High School. The suspect's identity is being withheld until his arraignment. That could come as early as Monday afternoon.
23-year-old Andrew Singler was stabbed in his Castle Point apartment in Meridian Township around 4AM Saturday. Singler was taken to Sparrow Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Singler was a senior studying Nutritional Science.
