Farmers Market at the Capitol
Thursday, July 19th marked the first of two farmers markets to be held on the Capitol lawn this year.
The semi-annual Farmers Markets at the Capitol feature dozens of local vendors selling goods from vegetables and fruits to specialty dips, baked goods, and even doggy treats.
Popular local food trucks Trailer Park'd and The Purple Carrot Food Truck also stop to treat visitors to their creative dishes.
The second of the two farmers markets will be held on September 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in downtown Lansing at the Capitol.
