Former Jackson Judge Avoids Jail-Time
The former Jackson County Judge who admitted to dismissing tickets has avoided jail time. James Justin was instead sentenced to 18-months probation Wednesday.
The 68-year-old will also have to pay back two-thousand dollars and complete 75-hours of volunteer work. Justin was kicked off the bench last year.
