A 21-year-old may have been drunk behind the wheel when he crashed into a tree, killing his passenger this weekend.
State police say Forrest Navarre of Clark Lake lost control on South Jackson road in Liberty Township around two a.m. Sunday.
Navarre was airlifted to U-of-M and is said to be in good condition. He could face charges.
