Bernero to Run for Re-Election as Lansing Mayor
Virg Bernero, Lansing's mayor since 2005, has announced his plans to run for re-election at the State of the City breakfast.
This would be Bernero's third term as mayor.
The election is set for November 5, 2013, with the primary being held August 6.
Other potential candidates will have until May 14 to file for running in this year's Lansing city elections.
