A man with an outstanding felony warrant led police on chase through downtown Lansing Thursday night. Police spotted him near the CATA station, when he took off. They chased him to the parking ramp at the corner of Washtenaw and Capitol, and found him hiding behind a locked fence on the top floor. He was later arrested.
