Update: Body Pulled from Wooded Area
Eaton Co. Sheriff Office confirms that it was a body that was pulled from the wooded area near Waverly and Miller roads. They say they believe there is nothing criminal involved. The identity of the person has not been released. More information may be released Thursday afternoon.
Police have pulled what appears to be a body from a wooded area near the corner of Waverly and Miller roads in Eaton County Thursday night.
The Eaton County Sheriff's Office will not confirm anything until Friday morning.
FOX 47 News was there as authorities carried a stretcher from the wooded area. It looked like a body was underneath the sheet.
A neighbor tells FOX 47 News a deputy told her that it was a dead body and that it didn't appear a crime had been committed.
