Lansing police are investigating the suspicious death of a baby girl.
Investigators say three-month-old Janayjah Sanders was taken to a local hospital for serious internal injuries Friday. No further details on those injuries, or the circumstances that caused them has been released.
Police say Sanders was pronounced dead around 10:30 that same night.
