Grand Rapids Murder-Suicide Kills Three
According to reports from police, three people were killed in Grand Rapids Monday as a part of a murder-suicide on the northeast side of the city.
Per the report on MLive, the shooting happened "inside a minivan outside of Arbor Circle Counseling Center.
Based on the crime scene, police believe a 27-year-old man shot two women in the van before shooting himself. According to police, the man had a relationship with one of the women, and also had a child.
Grand Rapids Police Chief Kevin Belk told reporters that there are "too many guns in society." Monday's shooting puts Grand Rapids gun deaths to five people in four days.
