Capitol Protesters Could Be Arraigned This Weekend
Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings III is expected to decide this weekend whether to charge eight people who were arrested during Thursday's right to work protests at the Capitol.
Michigan State Police say the eight rushed them while officers tried to keep the massive crowd in check.
The prosecutor's office is waiting for more information about the arrests from State Police.
That information is expected this weekend, and the prosecutor's office says Dunnings will likely decide whether to charge the protesters once he receives the reports.
