Charges have been dropped against the man who skipped out of court and was on the run for a few months before being caught.
Ingham County dismissed the meth possession, cocaine possession and felony firearm charges against Ricky Wheeldon, because he was sentenced in Jackson county last month to up to 50 years in prison for running a criminal enterprise.
