Woman Accused in Deadly Stabbing Released
LANSING - A woman who police say stabbed her neighbor to death in Lansing has been released from custody.
The 52-year-old woman was arrested at an apartment building in the 1100 block of Mary Street on Saturday. Police say she had gotten into an argument with her neighbor, 49-year-old Anthony Woodruff, and stabbed him once.
Woodruff died at the hospital.
A statement from Lansing Police says, "The Ingham County Prosecutors office along with the Lansing Police Department Detectives are in the process of gathering additional information. The Ingham County Prosecutors Office has stated they will advise when charges will be filled."
