Update: Jackson Man Found Murdered
UPDATE: Police release the identity of the man found shot to death in a Jackson apartment as Christopher Taylor.
He was found by his girlfriend shortly after midnight Sunday morning.
Police say Taylor was known to stay at the apartment off-and-on.
JACKSON - A man is found dead at a residence in Jackson, killed by gunfire. A statement from the Jackson Police Department says the 42-year-old man "appears to have suffered a gunshot wound to the chest."
He was discovered in the 1100 block of First Street. Police responded there at 12:15AM Sunday. The man's name and other details have not been released.
