The East Lansing man convicted of killing his infant son will spend the rest of his life in prison.
Yumar Burks was sentenced Wednesday. He was found guilty in September of felony murder and child abuse in the death of his six-month old son, Antonio.
Witnesses testified the boy had bruises on his chest, and internal injuries usually seen in car crashes.
