Jackson County Bank Robbery Suspect Arraigned Wednesday
The man accused of helping rob the Aeroquip Credit Union in Jackson County's Blackman Township was in court Wednesday.
Darius Griffin was arraigned on bank robbery and armed robbery charges Wednesday afternoon. He was arrested Tuesday in Benton Harbor.
Investigators say he drove Roger Ozier to the Aeroquip Credit Union on Laurence Avenue on October 8 and waited as Ozier robbed the place.
Ozier was in court for his preliminary exam Tuesday. A judge ruled there was enough evidence to send him to trial. Both Ozier and Griffin are expected to go on trial together. A date hasn't been set at this time.
