Pedestrian in Fatal Hit and Run Accident Identified
Eaton County authorities have identified the victim of a fatal hit and run as 55-year-old Cruz Archer.
Archer died after being hit by a car as he walked along Saginaw Highway in Delta Township late Sunday night. He lived near by.
The 1999 Buick Regal that hit Cruz has been located and its owner has been questioned, but there have not been any arrests.
The Eaton County Sheriff's Office continues to follow up on leads and the accident remains under investigation.
