Jerry Sandusky Sentenced to At Least 30 Years in Prison
Judge John Cleland has sentenced former Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky to at least 30 years in prison, no more than 60 years - meaning Sandusky will likely spend the rest of his life in prison.
Sandusky was convicted earlier this year on child sexual abuse charges, sexually abusing 10 boys over a 15-year period. His attorneys have 10 days to appeal.
The former coach maintains his innocence, and pleaded his case in a tape released Monday.
Before his sentencing Tuesday, he spoke from jail.
