Jackson County Prosecutors expect to issue petitions for arson charge against two boys, ages 8 and 9 for a fire that destroyed a Jackson playground.
The boys destroyed the structure at Partnership Park last month.
Damages are estimated at about ten thousand dollars.
Now Jackson County Prosecutor Hank Zavislak wants to bring the boys under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court and seek restitution for damages.
