The stick figures spray-painted on the Capitol may be around for a little bit longer.
Several chemical treatments and light sanding has been done, but you can still see them. There aren't any plans to replace the pillars so far.
The maintenance crew hopes the images left behind will naturally fade away.
20-year-old Jeffrey Handley was arrested and charged with the vandalism.
