Lansing Detention Officer Resigns
The Lansing Detention officer accused of falsifying a breath test for a friend has resigned from the department.
Beth Rios turned herself in in July after a lengthy investigation by state police.
The 20-year veteran was originally facing a felony, but pleaded no contest to disturbing the peace a couple weeks ago.
