Jackson police were canvassing a couple of neighborhoods on Monday after several reports of "shots fired" over the weekend.
Police took five reports on Sunday alone, as well as two on Saturday and one Friday night. They came mainly in the area surrounding Mount Evergreen Cemetery.
In all instances, no one was injured. Also there wasn't any evidence, witnesses or suspects found.
Police are hoping to gather more information during their investigation.
