Lansing School Able to Fly Flag after Trees Trimmed

Thanks to Consumers Energy who trimmed the trees near the flag pole at Riddle Elementary School, a flag was flying at the school once again this week. Video by fox47news.com

An update on a story we brought to you last week about Riddle elementary school that didn't have the American flag flying outside, because overgrown trees kept tearing the flag.
Now, thanks to Consumers Energy who trimmed the trees, a new American flag was hoisted up outside the school Monday morning.
As you can see, the flag is now able to fly without getting caught.
