It was a tip that led Meridian Township Police to a marijuana growing operation, Monday.
Lt. Greg Frenger says the plants were "definitely cultivated."
The exact location and number of plants isn't being disclosed because, as Lt. Frenger explains, it is still an "open investigation". However, Lt Frenger did say the location isn't a residential area of the township.
The plants were cut down and are in police possession.
