It'll be up to the prosecutor to file charges connected to an MSU student's assault.
East Lansing police are expected to hand over their report on Zach Tennen's assault this week. Tennen claims he was assaulted last weekend because he's Jewish.
Police however aren't sure that's necessarily true, based on witness accounts.
An 18-year-old Farmington Hills man has been identified as a suspect.
