The driver charged for crashing into an Amish buggy and killing a 10-month-old child will not be going to prison.

70-year-old Doris Johns was given two-years probation and a 1200 dollar fine for the deadly accident in Hillsdale County last May.

Johns told police at the time she was distracted by a dog, causing her to rear-end the buggy.
