The ribbon will be cut on another part of the multi-million dollar expansion at the Eastwood Towne Center.
Bar 30, a trendy restaurant and nightclub, will officially open to the public Monday afternoon. It's part of "The Heights of Eastwood", a 45-million dollar expansion around the Lansing Township shopping center that will include restaurants, upscale apartment living, and a hotel.
Its neighbor, Tony Sacco's Coal Oven Pizza, opened in May.
