Detroit Lions Coach's Kickoff
The Detroit Lions will be hosting the first ever “Coach’s Kickoff” at Ford Field on Sunday, August 5th.
The special training camp event will begin with an autograph session from Detroit Lions players, followed by a full team practice. The night concludes with a special concert featuring Country Music Star Randy Houser and Maggie Rose.
The practice portion of the Coach’s Kickoff will air live on FOX 47 from 7-8 PM. The Kickoff special will give Lions fan a chance to see the team in action for the first time this year.
The Lions will kick off the 2012 season when they host the Cleveland Browns in their first preseason game on August 10th at Ford Field.
General admission floor tickets are $20, while general admission tickets in the seating bowl are $10 for adults and $5 for kids ages 2-12. Tickets can be found on TicketMaster.com or by phone at 800-745-3000
The Lions are coming off one of their best seasons in over a decade when they finished 10-6 and made the playoffs as a wild card. Expectations are high so be sure to check out the Lions live on FOX 47 from 7-8 PM on August 5th.
