Update: I-96 Reopened
Westbound I-96 is now fully reopened after a late-morning accident.
It was reduced to one lane after a car bumped into a semi-truck while changing lanes.
The semi then drove off the road.
No one was hurt; the car had minor damage.
Drivers should avoid westbound I-96 just east of Williamston due to a morning accident.
The freeway is reduced to one lane, midway between Williamston and Webberville.
We have a crew on the way to find out what happened.
