The Jackson woman, who didn't tell anyone the man she was living with died, is accused of stealing 28,000 dollars of his money.
72-year-old Lindsay Chase faces two felony counts of forgery after she cashed three-dozen social security and pension checks meant for Charles Zigler.
Zigler died of natural causes in December of 2010.
Chase never moved him from the chair he died in.
