With Video: Fire Destroys 10,000 Sq. Ft. Home in Alaiedon Township
Fire agencies from around the area were called in Thursday night to fight a fire at a 10,000 square foot home in Alaiedon Township.
Agencies were called around 9:30PM and the blaze was contained close to 11:00PM. The cause is still unknown, though the call was regarding a car on fire in the garage.
The home, located on the 500 block of Willoughby Road, was destroyed.
Only one person was in the home at the time, and was able to escape without harm.
Update: FOX 47's Kip Bohne filmed part of the house fire, which is highlighted by crashes of lightning around the home.
