Fifth Floor of St. Anne Lofts Approved by Council
After setbacks including a miscommunication regarding a fifth floor and a collapse of a section of the fourth floor in mid-June, the developers of the St. Anne Lofts in East Lansing received some positive news from the city council.
The disputed fifth floor will remain. The council voted 3-2 in favor of the new site plan after deliberating for over two hours.
The project will be watched over by the council closely, following the fourth floor collapse and the addition of the fifth floor, which wasn't a part of the original approved project.
