It's about to become easier for more residents to find crime taking place in their neighborhood.
The East Lansing Police Department is getting on-board with 19 other state agencies using crimemapping.com.
The online tool shows where and when different types of crimes happened. Users can also sign up for crime alerts.
The Jackson and Lansing police departments already use the site.
