We'll know in a few weeks if this mother will stand trial in her infant son's death. Amber Murphy's preliminary exam was postponed Thursday until August 30th.
The Jackson mom is charged with murder and child abuse in the 2009 death of her nine-month old son, Seth. He died of blunt force trauma to the head. She was charged last month after someone who allegedly saw the incident came forward.
