Local GM Plant Temporarily Shut Down
More than 1,600 local General Motors employees are taking an unexpected break this week.
The Lansing Grand River Assembly Plant is shut down until Monday, July 23 due to a parts shortage from one of its suppliers.
We're told the shutdown will not affect the launch of the Cadillac ATS, which is expected to go into production on July 26.
