Update: I-96 Reopened Following Crash
Update: Following a two-car crash that caused delays and lane closures on I-96 in Delta Township Friday morning, the accident has been cleared and lanes are open.
DELTA TWP - Drivers should avoid east bound I-96 between Willow Hwy and West Saginaw Hwy in Delta Township Friday morning.
The freeway is down to one lane as of 9:20am, due to a traffic crash between a SUV and a van.
Police and fire crews are on scene.
Eaton County Dispatch says the lane closure could last for a while.
